THE PURPOSE PODS

Join a peer group focused on supporting you as you work to identify your purpose and then engage it in your life. Each Purpose Pod is led by a skilled Coach. Twice monthly facilitated sessions guide and support your purpose exploration. Your team, in conjunction with your coach, partner with you to uncover your giftedness, explore where and how you might engage it and provide encouragement to press on.

Individual

Your Expert Coach for the 5 Pillars intensive program will guide you through each critical step:

  • Identify your Purpose and the Role(s) that expresses it - naming it with confidence and building a plan to engage it.
  • Managing Emotions and Messaging - identify the emotions showing up in your career, understanding their source and learning how to manage them. Work through critical messaging relating to your history removing the barriers it is placing to engaging your purpose.
  • Building a Narrative - learn tell your story in a manner that engages the reader and the listener. Develop expertise in explaining how everything you've done and built in your career is built on the shoulder of everything you've done and built.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution - Learn to develop and execute a strategy that produces critical outcomes, make key connections and lands the job that expresses your purpose.
  • Onboarding and Beyond - Own your onboarding you own your future. Learn how to affirm your new employer's decision to hire you and maintain the business case to keep you, develop you as well as support your career trajectory.

Organization

Think Performance Management turned on its head. This in-depth solution imparts ownership of the career development, career management process to the employee. Delivered in 5 workshops or webinars, participants learn how to align their capabilities and skills to the needs of the business, manage their growth and professional development in a manner that serves their career and their organization to critical business issues. They learn how to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, develop and receive meaningful feedback and benchmark their performance against critical business outcomes. This can be a stand alone solution or one that dovetails nicely into an existing performance management framework.
